• This Competition ("Competition") is conducted by R.M.Williams Proprietary Limited ACN 007 527 166 ("R.M.Williams").

• Entries open on 9 May 2022 and close at 11:59 pm on 24 May 2022. Entries sent outside of this time period will not be eligible for consideration.

• Entries must be submitted via email at 90years@rmwilliams.com.au or via Instagram post by tagging @rmwilliams and #RMW90YEARS in the submission post. Instagram entries from private accounts may not be visible to us and therefore may not be considered or counted. Instagram submissions must be in-feed posts; stories will not be monitored for submissions. Instagram posts must remain online and public until 26 May 2022 in order to be valid.

• Competition is open to residents of Australia, New Zealand, UK and USA only.

• An entrant may post or email multiple submissions to the Competition to increase their chances of being selected but may not win more than one prize.

• Winners will be chosen by representatives from the R.M.Williams business and notified on 26 May 2022, via Instagram message or email, depending on the original method of entry. This Competition is a game of skill. The selection committee will select the winners based on quality of submission, creativity and originality. No bias will be given to entrants known to the selection committee and employees of the brand are not eligible to enter the competition.

• R.M.Williams decision on the competition winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Winners must supply their chosen boot style, colour, size and a current postal address in order to receive their prize. The postal address must be within one of the set countries, stated above.

• Winners must claim their prize by responding with this information by 21 July 2022. Any prizes not claimed by this date will be forfeited.

• The prize on offer is one pair of limited-edition 90th anniversary boots in either the Craftsman or Lady Yearling shape, constructed in either Black or Chestnut leather. 90 prizes are on offer and all prizes will be made to order, according to the information supplied by the winners.

• Winners must be aware of a 6-8 week production timeline for Made To Order boots. All prizes will be subject to this timeline.

• The prize is not exchangeable for other products, styles or colourways. The prize is not exchangeable for gift cards or cash.

• Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason other than a genuine fault, in which case the matter will be handled by R.M.Williams customer service.

• The prizes will be shipped to the customer at their eligible address, with all shipping and duty costs covered by R.M.Williams.

• Each eligible entry will trigger a donation of $5 from R.M.Williams to Thread Together. The sum raised will be donated to Thread Together after the closing date of the competition, with a donation limit of $90,000 AUD

• By tagging @rmwilliams and #RMW90YEARS in your Instagram post, or by submitting images to 90years@rmwilliams.com.au, you acknowledge and agree that R.M.Williams may use your image and give R.M.Williams your permission to use your images in marketing collateral which includes, but is not limited to, social media posts, email marketing, web usage, advertising usage, visual merchandising collateral and press usage.

• By entering this Competition each entrant confirms that their submissions are their wholly-owned creations and that, to the extent that such entries do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

• By submitting an entry, each entrant grants R.M.Williams a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute the entry throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter invented.

• Each entrant also confirms that anyone depicted in an entry has given their permission for the inclusion of their image in the entry and the use of the entry including their image by the entrant and R.M.Williams.

• This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

• By entering this competition, each entrant releases Instagram from any and all liability to the entrant in any way from the conduct of the competition.

• All information provided by an entrant is provided to R.M.Williams and not to Instagram.

• To the full extent permitted by law, R.M.Williams, its associated companies and agencies and all those entities' personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any entrant in connection with the Competition or prizes, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death. Nothing in these conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify an entrant’s rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

• If any provision of these conditions is unenforceable for any reason, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entrants' personal information will be collected by or on behalf of R.M.Williams to enable it to administer the Competition and publicise its winners and, if an entrant consents, may be used to market its products to the entrant. The personal information of the winner may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the Competition, including the Competition administrator, prize suppliers and couriers, and to regulatory authorities. Persons may contact R.M.Williams to request access to, or corrections of, any of their collected personal information that is held by R.M.Williams.
