PURCHASE A DIGITAL GIFT CARD

You can purchase an R.M.Williams digital gift card with a customisable value from $25 – $2,000 (in AUD). To purchase a digital gift card, simply follow the steps below:

• Visit our digital gift card page here.
• Choose a gift card amount and include the recipient's name, email address, and an optional personal message.
• Add it to your shopping bag.
• The digital gift card will be sent to the recipient's email address on the selected delivery date.

HOW TO REDEEM A DIGITAL GIFT CARD

• The recipient will be able to use the digital gift card upon receiving it by entering the unique code and pin during online checkout or at the in-store point of sale. 
• Gift cards will expire 36 months from date of purchase. If the full balance is not spent in one transaction, the card will retain the remaining amount.
• Please note, digital gift cards cannot be redeemed at any R.M.Williams outlets, clearance, or concession stores, eg Myer.

RETURNS

• Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for a card refund or cash. 
• All returned items that were paid for with a digital gift card will be refunded as a new gift card for you to use against a future purchase.
• If you return an item paid by both gift card and credit card, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment and the remaining amount will be refunded as a new gift card.
